Returns And Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of your items been delivered . Sometimes a return is inevitable and we accept appropriate returns and have set up a few guidelines to assure that returns are handled properly and fairly: 

  • For returns, please send us an email at support@eazisolve.co.za by specifying your name and order number in the first instance. Stating the reason for return, if damaged please send photographs.
  • The customer shall be held responsible for all the shipping fees and charges when returning any product.
  • In the event that your parcel is returned to us due to you not be available to accept delivery or the wrong address been provided, we can resend it to you, but you will have to pay the shipping fee. 
  • Merchandise must be in new condition, still in the original packaging
  • No credit will be issued on items damaged due to shipping problems and any other situations beyond our control. The shipping company is liable for shipping negligence and you may request damages from the shipping company.
  • Shipping Fees of R200 are not refundable for any order
  • All our products are made to order. Once cutting and manufacturing have started, refund and returns will only be accepted on damaged products. Returns will not be accepted due to buyers remorse.
